Ingredients:
1 Carrot approximately .40 lb, shredded
1 Teaspoon garlic, minced
3-4 Fresh Chili's, Minced
1 Roma Tomato, cut
1/4 Cup Green Bean, cut 1"
1 Tablespoonful Dried Shrimp
1 Tablespoonfuls Ground Roasted Peanuts
1 Tablespoonfuls Light Brown Sugar
2 Tablespoons Lime Juice
1 1/2 Tablespoons Fish Sauce
Method:
In a medium salad bowl, combine all ingredients; mixed well. That's
it. It's an easy dish.
Place on a dish. Garnish with leaf of lettuce. Som Tum /
Salad is great to eat with Thai B.B.Q Chicken and sticky rice.
