Ingredients:
10 cup water -- lukewarm
5 cups white bread flour
3 tablespoons dry milk
3 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 tablespoon butter
2 teaspoons chili paste (Sambal Oeleck)
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/2 cup peanuts -- unsalted, broken into small pieces
1 cup coconut milk
2 teaspoons sesame seed oil
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon cilantro -- dried
3 teaspoons active dry yeast
Method:
Add all the ingredients and mix it well. Check the bread machine manufacturer's
instructions for completion.
