Red Curry with Chicken from Rumela's Web

Ingredients: 
300 grams chicken cut into thin long strips 
100 grams red curry paste [ You may get it from Thai Store ]
1 tablespoon fish sauce 
1 tablespoon sugar 
2 cups coconut milk
1 tablespoon cooking oil 
6 kaffir lime leaves, torn into pieces
2 - 3 stems sweet basil leaves
sliced red chili ,for garnish

Method: 
Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the paste until fragrant, add the coconut milk, chicken and cook until tender then add sugar, fish sauce, lime leaves and cook for 5 minutes.
Garnish with chopped basil leaves and sliced red chilies. Serve with steamed jasmine / Basmati rice.
