Ingredients: 

100 g. shredded green papaya.
10 one-inch long string beans.
1 tbsp. dried shrimp.
1 tbsp. roasted peanuts.
4 cherry tomatoes, cut in half.
2 cloves of garlic.
2 small hot chilies.
1 tbsp. palm sugar.
1 tbsp. tamarind juice.
2 tbsp. lime juice.
2 tbsp. fish sauce.

Method :
Pound garlic and chilies, add string bean and pound lightly, then add the shredded papaya. Season with palm sugar, tamarind juice, fish sauce, and lime juice. Add cherry tomatoes, and pound gently to mix. Add dried shrimp and ground peanut, stir to mix, transfer to a plate. Som Tam is perfect to have with sticky rice and barbequed chicken
