Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups cake flour
1 stick margarine
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
A dash of vanilla extract
1/2 cup or more peanuts,
Direction:
Mix the margarine and brown sugar until fluffy then beat in the egg
and vanilla. Mix the flour into the batter. Add peanuts and mix lightly.
Drop from a teaspoon onto a greased baking pan. Flatten with a fork dipped
in flour. Let them cool in a refrigerator for 20 min. Bake at 320F for 15
to 20 min.
