sushirice-2 and 1/2 cups (480g) short - grain rice
2 and 1/2 cups (600ml) water
vinegar dressing 4 and 2/3 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 table spoons sugar
1 and 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 cucumber
5 leaves of lettuce
tin of tuna
Japanese mayonnaise
1/2 avocado

Direction:

Make small roll and serve it.
