Ingredients:

6-8 Potatoes, (Wash, boil, peel off the skin, mash & keep aside.); 
4-6 tbspns of Oil; 
Channa Dhal 1 tspns, 
Curry leaves, 
Mustard Seeds 1/2 tspns; 
3 green chillies minced finely, 
1 tspn grated ginger, 
salt to taste, 
minced coriander leaves 1 tbspns (for garnishing). 

Method:
Take a kadai & pour the oil fry the dhal, curry leaves ginger, chillies, mustard seeds, when the dhal is brown - remove from fire add the mashed potato, salt to  taste mix well - sprinkle with chopped coriander leaves & serve with Sambar & Plain white Rice.
