Ingredients:
Hilsa : 1 nos
Turmeric:1 tsp
Salt to taste.
Oil to cook
Red chili powder: 1/2 tsp
Direction
Cut hilsa into pieces and clean it .Coat hilsa pieces
with salt turmeric and red chili powder. Keep aside for
30 minutes . Heat oil till blue haze appears. Fry in hot
oil until crisp and well browned. Drain off oil and
serve immediately.
