Ingredients:

Chicken 800 gms. 
Vinegar 4 Tea spoon full
Onion paste 250 gm / sliced onion
Garlic paste from 4 flakes (piece)
Ginger paste 50 gm
Cassia leaves 4-5
Green Chili 4-5 (or as per taste)
Sugar 1 tea spoon full
Salt as required
Mustard oil (or sun flower oil) 6 table spoon full
Fragrant spices (4 pieces cardamom, 5 pieces cloves and cinnamon)
Turmeric powder – 1 tea spoon full
Tomato – chili sauce 4 tablespoon full. 

Procedure: First of all get the fresh chicken dressed. Mix the chicken with vinegar and leave it for half an hour. Then mix half of the fragrant spices paste with the chicken. After that get the chicken boiled in the pressure cooker. Now put oil in the frying pan and when oil would be hot add sugar. As soon as sugar gets reddish, put onion and garlic. Let it get reddish also. Put chicken along with ginger paste, cassia leaves, green chili, turmeric paste, salt and rest of the fragrant spices. Add little water. Now lastly, put the sauce with the mixture. As soon as, the water dries up takes the gravy for. Micro oven is not recommended for this preparation.
