Ingredients:
2 Cups Rice;
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder;
Salt to Taste,
4 – 6 Tbsps. Butter - 2" pc.
Pattai - 1 pc.;
Cloves 4-;
Elachi – 2 no's,
Coconut Milk - 3 Cups,
Bay Leaf-1.
Method:
Wash the Rice & place in the Electric Cooker
Bucket, to it add the spices, Coconut Milk, Butter, Salt
to Taste, Bay Leaf, Turmeric Powder - cover the cooker,
plug it in & switch on - Leave to cook - it will
automatically cut off when the Rice is done - leave to
cool down for 10 mins then put the Rice on to a place
& fluff with Fork - Goes well with Vegetable
Kurma or Small Potatoes in Gravy.
