Ingredients:
Brinjal / Eggplant
Salt
Turmeric
maida ( flour )
Mustard oil for frying
Direction
Cut brinjal / eggplant into rounds or lengthwise. Rub in
turmeric and salt and maida. Deep fry till tender. Serve
hot with rice and dal or luchi or paratha.
