Ingredients:
1 kg green mangoes (Sliced)
500 gm sugar
2 tsp garlic & ginger finely chopped
1 cup Table Vinegar
A few Raisins
2 whole Red chillies
Salt to taste
Method:
Boil the thin mango slices with vinegar and salt. Add
all ingredients except
sugar, after 7-8 minutes. When the mango become tender
add sugar. Boil until
golden. It takes about 20 minutes and keep for 2-3
months.
