2-3 Pods of Garlic;
Salt to taste;
Red Dry Chillies 4 nos.
Method:
BROIL DHAL ON LOW HEAT TILL BROWN, GRIND TO A STIFF
PASTE WITH SALT, RED DRY CHILLIES, PODS OF GARLIC –
SERVE WITH RICE & PEPPER WATER.
