Ingredients:
Onions large 2 No
Red Chilies 15 No or Acc to taste
Raw Tamarind one small ball
Salt Acc to taste
Oil 4 Tbsp
Mustard seeds 2 Tsp
Turmeric 1/2 Tsp.
Direction:
Peel & Cube the Onions. Grind them with chilies
& tamarind. Add as little water as possible. Heat a
pan with oil, season with mustard & turmeric &
salt. Add the ground paste. Stir frequently till oil
floats on top. This keeps in refrigerator for up to 1
1/2 week.
