Ingredients
1 ripe banana
1/2 bag frozen fruit (cherries or berries)
Apple juice
Soy milk

Direction:
Add frozen fruit to a blender. Add apple juice - enough to cover
most of the frozen fruit. Add 1/4 - 1/2 cup soymilk and banana.
Blend.
After making this the first time, you'll get a feel for how much
liquid to add. If possible, add fresh apple juice, such as Odwalla
or other fresh juice brands. I think cherry is the best flavor.
