Ingredients 

One hind leg of lamb (3000g)
50g cucumber slices
cheese slices

Direction:

Pierce both sides of the thick park of the lamb leg with ten small holes, steep in condiments for one hour, remove to a roasting pan. 
Roast using a low heat till the leg turns golden brown, take out, sprinkle with sesame oil, serve with cucumber cheese slices and scallion.
