Ingredients:
1 butter cake mix
2 c. sugar
16 oz. sour cream
12 oz. frozen coconut
12 oz. Cool Whip
Direction:
Cream butter in large bowl
at high speed. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each
egg. Gradually add sugar, continue creaming at high speed
until light and fluffy. By hand, stir in flour, frosting mix
and nuts until well blended. Pour batter into greased pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 65 minutes in a 10 inch tube or
bundt pan. Cool 2 hours, remove from pan.
