Ingredients:
1 lb. round steak
2 tsp. vinegar
Seasonings to taste
2 med. onions, sliced
1/2 c. celery, diced
Direction:
Trim round steak and portion
into 4 equal parts. Pound to break down tissue. Sear meat on
both sides. Cover with water, add vinegar, onion, celery, and
seasonings. Continue cooking in oven or on stove until tender.
Two cups tomato juice may be used in place of water. Exchange
1 serving: 3 meat exchanges.
