| Ingredients:
2 lb. shrimp, cooked & peeled
2 c. rice, cooked
1 c. mayonnaise
2 c. cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. green onion soup mix
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Direction:
Combine all ingredients except cheese and mix well. Pour into lightly greased casserole and top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes or until bubbly. Serves 6.
