Ingredients:

2 tbsp. fat
1 tsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. vinegar
Raw marinade
2 c. red wine
Salt & pepper
2 tbsp. currant jelly

Direction:

Remove cooked venison, pour over top. Taste; add salt and pepper if desired.
