Ingredients:
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. honey
1 c. toasted wheat germ
2 tbsp. nonfat dry milk
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. coconut
Direction:
Combine peanut butter, honey,
wheat germ, and dry milk; mix well. Stir in raisins. Shape
into balls; roll in coconut, coating well. Store covered in
refrigerator. Yield 15 snacks.
