Ingredients:
Fresh broccoli
Yellow squash
Zucchini squash
Onions
Bell pepper
Ginger
Garlic powder
Soy sauce
Mushrooms (optional)
Egg plant (optional)
Direction:
Spray Teflon pan with Pam. Cover and stir fry a few minutes.
Add soy sauce, lower heat and simmer for about 20 minutes.
