Ingredients:
2 1/4 c. oatbran cereal,
uncooked
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. raisins
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk
1/3 c. honey
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
Direction:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Spray 12 medium sized muffin tins with Pam or line with paper
baking cups. In large bowl combine oat bran cereal, nuts,
raisins, baking powder and salt. Add remaining ingredients;
mix just until all dry ingredients are moistened. Fill
prepared muffin cups almost full. Bake 15-17 minutes, or until
golden brown. Serve warm. Nutritive Value: 12 servings, 1
serving = 1 muffin. 45 g. chol; 3 g. pro; 5 g. fat; 114 cal;
2.6 g. fiber; 188 mg. sodium; 46 mg. chol.
