Ingredients:
1 egg
3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. flour
1/2 c. jam
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. soda
Direction:
Mix together the above
ingredients and bake in 350 degree oven 35 to 45 minutes and
serve with any sauce.
