Ingredients:
1/2 lb. butter (sweet)
3/4 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
2 1/2 c. flour
Chopped almonds
Direction:
Cream butter, sugar, add 3 eggs one at a time then mix and
make little balls. Indent middle of each small ball. Add jam
and wash top of cookies with egg whites. Add chopped nuts
almonds. Bake 375 degrees, watch baking frequently.
