Ingredients:
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Jelly or others
Direction:
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Line
jelly roll pan, with aluminum foil or wax paper; grease. Beat
the eggs first, then add all other stuff. Bake 12-15 minutes.
Loosen cake from edges of pan; invert on towel. Roll it up for
a minute or two. Put jelly in it and roll up. Sprinkle with
confectioners' sugar.
