Ingredients:
2 lbs. ricotta cheese
6 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 lg. can evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Direction:
Add eggs, one at a time to
cheese, beating thoroughly each time. Mix sugar and flour
together. Add to cheese mixture. Fold in milk and vanilla.
Pour into buttered 13 inch oblong pan. Bake at 350 degrees for
50 to 60 minutes, until firm.
