Ingredients:
1 lb. Imperial Margarine
1 lb. powdered sugar
6 eggs (if small eggs, use 8)
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
Direction:
With electric mixer, beat margarine and sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla. Gradually add flour at
slow speed, then beat. Put in greased and floured angel food
pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 40 minutes. Cake
should be cracked on top and golden brown. Allow to cool then
remove from pan while warm.
