Ingredients:
1/2 lb. pork sausage (bulk hot
or mild)
2 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen black-eyed
peas
Direction:
Brown sausage in a large
skillet; drain. Add water and seasoning and bring to a boil.
Add peas and return to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer
40 to 45 minutes. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
