Ingredients:

3 bananas, mashed
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Direction:

Combine bananas, butter, sugar and eggs. Thoroughly blend in flour, soda and salt. Stir in nuts. Grease and flour loaf pans. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Rochester, IL
