Ingredients:
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. celery
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 1/2 c. milk
1 1/3 c. instant mashed potatoes
Paprika
Parsley
Direction:
In medium saucepan, heat butter,
onion, salt, celery salt, pepper and milk just to boiling.
Stir in potato puffs (dry), continue cooking until smooth.
Stir constantly garnish with cheese, bacon, sour cream,
chives, paprika and parsley.
