Ingredients:
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 c. cake flour
3 c. raw apples, chopped
Direction:
Beat eggs with oil and
sugar. Add flour, sifted with other dry ingredients; mix well.
Add apples. Mix well. Bake in tube pan for 1 1/2 hours at 325
degrees.
