Ingredients:
1 c. chopped walnuts
4 - 5 apples, peeled and diced
1 c. Crisco oil
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs, well-beaten
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
Direction:
Mix Crisco oil, sugar, eggs. Add
dry ingredients. Add walnuts and apples. Bake at 325 degrees
for 70 minutes in tube pan.
