Ingredients:
5 pound beef roast
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Direction:
Place roast in large piece of heavy aluminum foil.
Sprinkle soup mix over roast; add soup. Close foil so
steam does not escape but leave an air pocket above
roast. Bake at 300 to 350 degrees about 45 minutes per
pound.
