Yellow Onion
1 lb Ground Beef
1 tsp Black Pepper
16 ounce can Tomato Sauce
1 tsp Crushed Garlic
1 tsp Coriander
1 tsp Salt
1 1/2 cups Water
Direction:
Grind yellow onion, and one-half of a cup of water in a
blender. Pour this mix into a frying pan with ground
beef, and cook until the meat is browned. Add one more
cup of water, crushed garlic, salt, freshly ground
coriander, black pepper, and tomato sauce to the meat
and cook over a medium-low heat for 20-25 minutes.
