Diane Lane started her acting career at very early age when she
was 6 years old. Acclaimed theatre productions like "The Cherry Orchard" and "Medea". She was
cast by director George Roy Hill in his wonderful film A Little Romance in the
year of 1979, when she was 13 years old. After her applauded entrance, Diane found herself on magazine covers all over the world including
"Time" magazine which declared her as the new young acting
sensation. Now she moved with her next films "Touched by Love",
"Cattle Annie and Little Britches", "National Lampoon Goes to the Movies",
"Ladies and Gentlemen", and "Six Pack".
Diane also made some TV movies, but in 1983 she finally began to make inroads again into being a top star.
Her next role as a frustrated 60s housewife in the highly recognized "A Walk on the Moon".
