Ben Affleck always wanted to became an actor, all his life he knew that he would be in the entertainment
business. Ben was raised in Cambridge, Massachusetts. It was there that he had his first taste of acting in a Burger King commercial at a very young age. His first
stable acting job started when he was 8 years old, where he landed a role in the PBS televison show
"The Voyages of Mimi."
Ben's early acting career consisted of mainly TV movies and small television appearances. In
the year of 1987 he starred in the TV series "Hands of a Stranger." Ben's big
feature film break was when he was breeze by Robert Rodriguez for a role in the comedy
"Dazed and Confused." This proved to be Ben's intro into the film industry. After his taste of
conventional glory, Ben decided to turn his career to the independent film industry.
After his brief adventure into the world of independent film, Ben found himself in a starring role of the movie
"Going All the Way".
Initially he was offered for guest role in some movies but he was seeking for getting
a major role as the parts turned down by other actors. Matt and Ben decided that they would write their own script. This way they would decide the characters, decide the plot, and tell their own story.

Ben Affleck started his acting carrier at the age of 8, on the PBS series "The Voyage of the Mimi". At that time, Ben met Matt Damon and both became best friends. Together, they attended classes at the Cambridge Rindge and Latin School and were part of a group that won a Boston Globe drama award. Both of them appeared in movies filmed in Boston.
After completed his graduation, Ben appeared as extras in some films.
