Ali Larter began her career as a model at the age of 13, and traveled the world before moving to Los Angeles to study acting. Her first professional acting job was a role on the television series.
She started her acting on stage and guest starring on numerous television shows,
"Chicago Hope," "Just Shoot Me," and "Dawson's Creek" before landing her first film role in the independent feature Casanova Falling.
Her breakthrough role required her to wear a bikini made entirely out of whipped cream.
Later soon she found herself winning roles in several major projects over the course of 1999.
