Plot

Damania (Prem Chopra) and Vardhaman (Kadar Khan) enemy to each other and underworld dons operating form Gujrat and Mumbai respectively are ordered by their boss to forget their enmity and be relatives by getting their children married. They both agree and Vardhaman sends his son Vicky (Mohnish Behl) to Gujrat to see Damania's daughter.On his way he gives lift to Raja (Govinda), a small time crook. Their car meets with an accident and falls in the river. Damani's people save Raja thinking to be Vicky. Raja after coming in senses realizes that they have misunderstood him to be Vicky. He decides to take advantage and settles there. Damania's daughter Priti (Priti Zinta), later falls in love with him. Vicky reaches home limping with torn clothes, he tells his father that he didn't reach Gujrat, as he was unconscious for few days after the accident. Vardhaman realises that an imposter is living at Damania's house. They immediately leave for Gujrat with guns and men to kill Raja.
