Introduction :
Pretzel Day is the time for enjoying fun
and joy, the origin of the Pretzel can be traced to about 610 A.D. in
one of the monasteries of Southern France or Northern Italy. An
inventive monk wanted to use the coins left over after baking currency,
so he made strips and formed them to represent children's arms folded in
prayer. He called each one a 'Pretiola'. For this reason every year on
26th April, we celebrate Pretzel Day, so celebrate this event with your
friends, family and dear ones, and also send them some sweet and sugary
wishes on this beautiful day.
