Introduction :
Every
year we celebrate Lantern Festival on 5th February. The Lantern Festival falls on the
15th day of the first month of the Chinese lunar calendar. Chinese have celebrated the Lantern Festival since the Han Dynasty (206 B.C. - 221 A.D.).
People celebrated this event by carried lamp of different shapes and colors through the streets on the first full moon of the year, providing a spectacular backdrop for lion dances, dragon dances, and fireworks.
