Every year we celebrate Healthy Lifestyle Day on 25th August, it is an important event to all people. We can easily choose less nutritious food, which is quick to prepare and best for our health. Fruit and vegetables are an excellent source of the vitamins, minerals and fiber we need to help maintain a healthy body and fight diseases. So try to eat at least five portions of fruit and vegetables each day. However 25th August is especially for Healthy Lifestyle Day so enjoy this wonder moment with your friends, family and dear ones.
