Fire Fighter's Day :
The role of the firefighters in today's society is very vital, because they safe
our life and also our urban, rural, natural environment, unpaid
helper, career, industry,
defense force, aviation, and motor sport, by their dedication, commitment and scarifications.
All firefighters dedicate their lives to the protection of our life and property.
Under the careful supervision of trained Fire Service Officers, kids from the
ages of 6 to 12 get to try their hand at being a fire fighter and learn important fire safety lessons. The day includes riding in fire engines, fire safety talks, and photographs in uniform, all under the watchful eye of trained fire service officers.
Fires are recreated out of wooden flames allowing the young team to knock them down using real hoses from the fire
engines.
In most of the European countries celebrate Firefighters day on 4th May as a
"Day of Fire Service". This date is also known as St Florian's Day worldwide and has been tradition for more than 150 years in Europe. It is also a day in which
present and past firefighters can be thanked for their
aid
organization.
