Introduction :
Every year we celebrate District Of
Columbia Day on 16th July. On that day in the year of 1862, President
Abraham Lincoln signed the Compensated Emancipation Act, for the release
of positive persons held to service or labor in the District of
Columbia. However it is an important event to us so celebrate this day
with your friends, family and dear ones also make the day more memorable
with them.
