Introduction :
Heart
is a vital part of our body, if it does not work properly then we can face
all the risk factors for heart attack, high blood pressure maintains an uncanny degree of accuracy for predicting exactly who will get cardiovascular disease after age 65.
Heart pump blood with sufficient pressure. This is called the Arterial pressure or Blood Pressure. It is simply the pressure exerted by the blood on the vessel
walls. it is two types like Systolic Pressure and Diastolic Pressure. Systolic Pressure is recorded first followed by the Diastolic Pressure. In normal
condition it is around 120/80mm of Hg. But as the ideal condition are not prevailing anywhere with any body so slight variation is also considered as normal which is
± 10mm of Hg in both systolic and diastolic pressure.
Hypertension, hyperpiesia, high blood pressure, essential hypertension,
the silent killer, problem of modern civilization are the handle used
to describe but a feature of cardiovascular physiology.
