Introduction :
Ever year we celebrate Ash Wednesday on
25th February; this event was started in the 900s A.D. And its official
name is the Day of Ashes. It is called Ash Wednesday because, it being
forty days before Good Friday, it always falls on a Wednesday and it is
called Ash Wednesday. This event is the start of the 'Season of Lent'.
Fasting during the season prepares us for Christ's resurrection, for the
redemption of mankind. So reach out this day with your friends, family
