By now we understood excess
fat is injurious to health the. Take as less fat as
possible. Though a little fat is essential still you may not
take Fat food consciously. You would take required fat
automatically for nutrition through other so called non -fat
item or at the time of taking cooked food. For this try to
reduce fat content in your diet by using lower quantity of
high fat ingredient in a standard recipe. That is to use
lower quantity of butter and oil etc. You may use fatless
cheese, low fat butter or margarine. There are some foods,
which can be used as fat substitute. Those items have low
fat and low Calorie as well.

Low Fat does not imply Low Taste
There is one proposition that: "Low fat means low
taste". It is not true. There is no denying the fact
that there are some items, which make the food tasty and
contains a lot of fat. As for example: Butter, peanut oil,
margarine, cheese. On the other hand low fat butter, fat
less margarine or cheese has less fat and those are less
tasty also. From this comparison the conclusion cannot be
drawn.
Meat, poultry, fish or egg has much less fat than butter or
peanut oil. But there are many people who love mutton
sandwich to butter sandwich. So, it cannot be said that low
fat leads to low taste.
Rather it can be concluded that, reduction of fat content
from a natural fat food (e.g. Butter, Oil) item reduces the
taste. So, try to avoid conventional fat item in all form.
