Ingredients:
In blender mix: 1/2 block firm
tofu
1 egg 1 tsp. crushed rosemarysalt to taste
1 Tbs. protein powder 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Direction:
Spread in a round 9" cake pan. Top with: chopped tomatoes
chopped peppers Drizzle pesto sauce over this, then add grated
mozzarella black olives bacon bits Sprinkle parmesan cheese on
top. Preheat oven to 425 and bake for 20 min. Cool 5 min. then
serve. 1 serving.
