Ingredients:
1 Green Pepper cooked chicken
breast or canned chicken
1 stalk celery 1/4 cup chopped onion1/4 cup mayonnaise -- to
1/2
salt and pepper to taste
Direction:
Cut off the top of the pepper.
Pull out the seeds. Slice the pepper in half length wise. Mix
the chicken ,sliced celery and chopped onion together with the
mayonnaise. Scoop into pepper shells. This will serve two.
Nice for a quick and easy lunch.
