Ingredients:
½ pound salami - hard, cut ½" thick ½ pound mozzarella cheese
- cubed
1 cup grape tomatoes - halved 1/8 cup fresh basil - chopped
fine
¼ cup olive oil - light salt and pepper to taste
Direction:
Toss together. Serve with diet flat bread grilled with olive
oil and
garlic salt.
